Santa Business School is a site for Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, Elves, and other Santa helpers to apply polish to the performance towards improving client satisfaction. It is a place to learn from one another as we discuss issues, some of which may seem trite and others may seem profound. It is a learning environment that challenges us to become better at what we do, each and every season. It functions as a community where sometimes we respectfully agree to disagree with one another. From Quick-Tips to white papers, and from audio and video files to links to other resources, Santa Business School offers support in improving Santa's appearance, accessories, monologues, deportment, entrepreneurial skills, marketing materials, business techniques, accounting practices, as well as organizational skills.

 While Santa may function as a 'solopreneur', one self-employed individual, he sometimes works with one or more helpers. Perhaps Santa brings along Mrs. Claus and/or elves who perform face painting, balloon art, magic tricks, crafts with children, story-reading, games, DJs, along with photography. Those extras have the potential to dramatically increase client satisfaction, while at the same time, dramatically increasing headaches. Should Santa stay simple? Should client expectations raise the bar? Can Santa afford to do more? Can Santa afford NOT to do more? What are the questions Santa should ask himself to be the best that he can be? What early preparation is essential before the season starts? Or is Santa expecting the status quo of showing up wearing the suit to be enough?

Santa Business School was founded by Santa Walter Roach as a repository for the collective wisdom of the trade, so to speak. By setting the site up as a learning community (Mister Walter Roach teaches elementary school), all employees of Santa For Events; Santa4Events (Santa Walter's business) have a site for reference and review of important principles. And on a bigger scale, it is a way for Santa Walter to continue to learn from others and to provide an opportunity to reply in kind.
